X has filed a High Court claim in England against Vivek Kumar Sen, Zamyang Sherpa and unidentified account operators, alleging they coordinated Bitcoin-focused X accounts to manipulate engagement and obtain more than £207,384 from the platform’s former Creator Revenue Sharing Program. Account suspension took place in August, according to the Sept. 17 filing, which also states that X is demanding repayment and further fees.
A coordinated network of accounts used
The legal action was filed by X Internet Unlimited Company and X Corp. in England and Wales’ Business and Property Courts. X cites six accounts mainly involved: @Vivek4real_, @Bitcoin_Teddy, @saylordocs, @TrendingBitcoin, @Kalshibacktest and @PolyBackTest. X also mentions three other accounts, namely @BTC_Vibes, @MrSuperBitcoin and @Laserlump, as those which created engagement.
According to the filing, the accounts did not act like independent authors. The accounts were constantly liking, retweeting, and responding to one another by tweeting the same thing almost at once. There are numerous examples from the company of 2025 and 2026, among which there is an example of two accounts publishing their identical tweets within 11 seconds on August 5, 2026.

X states that the aim of this was to manufacture engagement that gave an appearance of organic engagement. Since the old revenue program used organic engagement on X to calculate creator payments, X argues that this behavior resulted in increased payments to the defendants.
Further, X argues for connections made between these accounts through things other than their publicly available posts. It is alleged that payment history, emails, and technical information connected these accounts which had been presented as different profiles.
The damages claimed are higher than £207,000.

The complaint has described the details of the accounts and payments. As per the company, the Stripe account linked to @Bitcoin_Teddy belongs to Stefan Mann, while another financial detail linked to an account belongs to Sen.
The plaintiff claims the return of the above disputed amount along with compensation, interest and legal expenses. X has further evaluated that the cost of investigation, analysis, recovery, and prevention would be around £75,000.
Revenue share for creators has been stopped.
X has claimed that its Creator Revenue Sharing Program was initiated in July 2023. According to its present help guide, there have been no more enrolments as of Aug. 7, 2026, with those enrolled earning until Sept. 7, when the company launched the Original Content Rewards Program on Sept. 8.
The second program uses a completely different approach for making payments. X says that it will pay to the creators of original content on the basis of the quality impressions made. There is no provision for artificial, fraudulent, or paid impressions in the program.
The issue is pertinent since in the complaints filed by X, there is a model where engagement can influence earnings.
The accusations have yet to be verified.
X claims to have suspended the account on Aug. 18 based on what it called in the complaint as a revenue-sharing scam and platform manipulation. The company has opted to take the case to the courts instead of simply suspending the accounts.
The filing contains the allegations of X and its claims for which it seeks relief from the court, but it is not a determination of liability. These claims include fraud and deceit, conspiracy in unlawful means, unjust enrichment, knowing receipt, and breach of contract.
