Bitcoin Trading at $77K Following More Investments in BTC from Cardone

  • Bitcoin has reached $77K with EMAs still strong, and Cardone Capital making investments in BTC.
  • Bitcoin remains above the support as the RSI indicates consolidation due to increased market volatility.
  • Cardone Capital buys 1,200 BTC and 2,000 multifamily properties, as the rental cash flows finance the acquisitions.

Bitcoin is being traded at around $77,600 following a period of volatility that had seen the digital coin rise to over $81,000 before falling back. At the time of this report, the price of Bitcoin is $77,585.10, which is valued at a market cap of $1.55 trillion, having an increase of 0.58% in the last 7 days.

According to the Trading View BTC/USD chart on Bitstamp, Bitcoin is trading at around $77,607 and has closed lower by 0.29% during the session. According to another reading, Bitcoin has been priced at $77,597 and has declined by 0.31%.

Nonetheless, the digital coin is still above some major moving averages and technical points as seen on the daily chart.

BTC Price Above Major EMAs

In the daily chart, Bitcoin is seen to be trading above its major EMAs. The 20-day EMA currently trades at $73,054, while the 50-day EMA is trading at $68,942. The 100-day EMA trades at $68,467, while the 200-day EMA is seen to be trading at $72,103.

The cryptocurrency previously broke above the $66,921 resistance level. A major horizontal support area is located around $62,470, leaving a wider support zone below the current market level.

Fibonacci Level Provides Near-Term Support

Bitcoin recently moved beyond the 4.236 Fibonacci expansion level at $76,024. That level now represents an immediate area of support in the technical setup.

The Bitcoin price holding above $76,024 would keep the level relevant as a near-term reference point. The 20-day EMA at $73,054 provides another support area below it.

The technical structure also includes resistance around $85,152. Bitcoin previously moved sharply higher toward that region before pulling back. The conjunction of the $76,024 support level and $85,152 resistance level is very crucial in the present chart formation.

Bitcoin Moves Within the Bollinger Bands

The BTC/USD daily chart is yet another chart that has seen a lot of action within the Bollinger Bands. Bitcoin has managed to break out above the upper Bollinger Band but retreated to the top area around $85,152.

The bands have expanded due to the volatile nature of the market as seen from the chart. The 20-day SMA (which is the middle line of the Bollinger Bands) is currently at $70,998.

The Bitcoin price remains above that level despite the recent decline. The $70,998 mark therefore serves as another dynamic support reference in the technical analysis.

The 14-day Relative Strength Index stands at 69.74, while its signal line is at 72.70. The RSI is now below the previous overbought level above 70, implying that the momentum has declined from its previous value.

Cardone Capital Invests In Bitcoin and Real Estate

While Bitcoin continues to make waves in the markets, Cardone Capital has diversified their portfolio strategy by investing in both Bitcoin and income-generating real estate. The company which is worth $5.3 billion has bought an additional 1,200 BTC and about 2,000 multifamily properties.

The system relies on the rental income from the real estate to keep purchasing Bitcoin.Cardone Capital has described the approach as a dollar-cost averaging model, with purchases continuing during both rising and falling market conditions.

The firm previously held about $200 million in Bitcoin as of May after purchasing 1,000 BTC in 2025. The latest transaction adds another 1,200 BTC to the strategy.

Grant Cardone said the firm works to improve property cash flow and uses additional funds to purchase Bitcoin during market declines.

The model links property income with recurring cryptocurrency purchases rather than relying on a single acquisition.

Private Funds Structure Bitcoin Exposure

Cardone Capital’s approach differs from public Bitcoin treasury companies described in the supplied information. As an alternative to issuing stocks or bonds, the scheme depends on cash flow from apartments and other properties as a sustainable source of money.

Grant Cardone has been aiming at raising 10,000 BTC through 10 specialized funds. The investor’s exposure is realized through the private fund structure and not direct handling of Bitcoin wallets and private keys.

Third-party custodians of institutional nature carry out the storage and execution of Bitcoin. Thus, investors have an investment in the private investment vehicle and not the underlying cryptocurrency.
